NES sculpture to bring back the good old days
This replica of the Nintendo Entertainment System or NES brings back my childhood memory of the original Super Mario Bros and Donkey Kong. Back then, there were no fancy 3D graphics or surround sound, but only repetitive animations and music scores for just plain simple fun. Though you won’t be able to game on this model, the console and controllers are nevertheless accurately crafted from wood save for the cords in matching hue.
The NES sculpture is now available on eBay for US$650, bundled with a wooden flat-panel TV lookalike. It would be more appropriate if a CRT were used instead, since this Nintendo box was initially launched back in 1985.
