In an edition limited to 500 specimens, Pontos Decentrique GMT fascine by excentric fitting of its functions. Were those developed in-house at Maurice Lacroix, and a patent is in the course of deposit for the module of connection between the basic movement and the posting of the day of the month. As its name reveals it already, all the functions of Pontos Decentrique GMT are offset. Aren’t the hours, the minutes and the seconds posted more as it is use starting from the center of the dial, but in an annular segment, which is slightly shifted towards 10 a.m. and thins around 6 a.m. Broad thinner indices and respectively indicate the hours and the minutes. The posting of the day and the night for a second time zone is also astonishing. It the extends largely between the center of the screen, 2 hours and 5 hours. In order to know always well if this is hour indicated that of the day or the night, the sun and the moon with resolutely modern graphics turn on a disc.

Versace. A Man, a Genius of the Mode and Arts? This is the name of an expo which will take place with the Museum Mazzucchelli (Museum of the mode and the Costume) in Mazzano, in Italy, of the May 5 to October 29,2006. A sampling of clothing, will accessories, of drawings, tables and sculptures carried out by Gianni Versace reveal influence arts on its work of designer. The expo develops around four topics: Antiquity/Form (how it is inspired by the clothing worn in Did antiquity), Iconography of the Jellyfish (Versace make this image official emblem of the house), Modern art/Color and Form (small parts and details borrowed from XVIme century) and Contemporary art Warhol, Delaunay, Dines and Caldes (for example dresses inspired by Andy Warhol). A voyage with heart and inspiration, one of the largest dressmakers of the Xxme century.
