Celebrating the imagination of Jules Verne and commemorating the one hundredth anniversary of his death, Omas presents the Gaia in a special limited edition of 30. The journey to the center of the earth is engraved in the gold and set over dark grey vegetal resin, which symbolizes the dark depths. As you turn the pen, you’ll see carnivorous plants, gigantic spiders, water beasts, and more, all adorned with precious gems–a combination sure to be reminiscent of the wonder and fear as characterized in Verne’s fiction. The piston-filler fountain pen bears a bicolour 18k gold nib, an 18k white gold clip, and the gold overlay contains cabochon settings of crystal rock, onyx, hematite, and emerald, and one brilliant cut diamond. The “Gaia–A Trip to the Centre of the Earth” arrives inside a special collector’s case.
